This project is the second of two similar beachfront Condominium projects located in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.  Acquilus I was sold out and completed in 2004.  The project was such a success, acquilus II was designed with similar but larger, more upscale units, and a more elegant exterior.  It was sold out and completed in 2006.  These two towers redefined the look of Jacksonville Beach.

The Acquilus projects were designed with the intent of incorporating fresh new floor plan designs, with traditional old world architecture.  The Acquilus buildings are both 12 residential floors over one parking level.  A bridge connects an additional 2 level parking garage complete with a pool on the upper level, a complete fitness center with locker rooms and Saunas and an on-site property managers unit.  There are 48 units in the original design.  Each residential floor has 4 individual floor plans with private outdoor living spaces overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
