This project will be Located in Green Cove Springs, Florida on the St. john’s River.  This development will feature 11 residential buildings with total of 65 3-story Townhomes, a clubhouse with pool, a gate house and a 90 slip boat marina.

The project theme is inspired by traditional old-Florida hotel designs found throughout the area in the early 20th century.  When complete, Magnolia Cove townhomes will be the premier multi-family development in Green Cove Springs.

Magnolia Cove is an upscale gated community, designed to withstand Category 5 hurricane winds with block and concrete construction as well as impact glass throughout.  Each of the 5 unique floor plans has a private residential elevator, gourmet kitchens, plenty of covered outdoor living and inside parking for two vehicles.
