DESIGN IDEAS COMPETITION

Our solution can best be described with three words: the Individual, the Community, and the Neighborhood.  These are threads in the fabric of elements that works to make a stronger Brooklyn.  The Individual refers to the apartment in the most personal, solitary aspect of the project.  The Community would be the grouping of apartments, the garden, and the commercial spaces defined by the building.  The context holding this community and others similar to it is the Neighborhood.
