PROFILE
Nicholas Renard is a co-founder and vice president of Cote Renard Architecture.  Over his career, Mr. Renard has created a niche for himself in the hospitality arena, designing and developing numerous hotels in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida.  He also has experience in many diverse private commercial projects, including bank branch offices, private offices and auto dealerships.  Mr. Renard brings his own unique talents, fresh ideas and dedicated work ethic to Cote Renard Architecture.

Mr. Renard began his career at the University of Cincinnati as part of the Co-Op program, spending time working for Hall and Hull Architecture, in South Carolina and NBBJ –Columbus.  His notable projects with NBBJ included: Robert Winship Cancer Institute at Emory University, Children’s Hospital’s Research Building II in Columbus, Ohio and Cleveland Clinic’s Heart Hospital.

After graduation in 2002 Mr. Renard moved to Columbus, Ohio and began working for Architectural Alliance.  He helped to develop and build a hospitality studio, while working on a vast range of commercial project types.  His notable Projects include: Northshore Residence Inn, SpringHill at Southside, Premier Toyota of Amherst, Arlington Bank and Suburban Steel Office and Fabrication Complex

After moving to Florida in 2007, he worked for Ebert Norman Brady Architects, continuing his work on hotel projects, while also gaining experience working on public projects.

In 2008, Mr. Renard co-founded Cote Renard Architecture with Mr. Cote, to bring together two diverse backgrounds with expertise in many different areas to create an Architectural firm that has the experience, knowledge and the desire to make a success out of any project.
